1) Manager, Certification Responsibilities:
As part of the Certification team, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of a skills certification framework based on the IBF Standards. You will be involved in consultation with the industry to understand the skills required and assist in the formulation of strategies to engage and motivate financial practitioners to embark on the AICB certification roadmap. As part of implementation, you will be required to perform detailed mapping of the skills and certification requirements. You will also work with the appointed IT vendor to translate the new certification framework into functional requirements and perform user testing of the system. On an on-going basis, you will review certification applications and oversee the continuous professional development requirements of certified individuals. Annually, you will manage the nomination and evaluation of the AICB Fellowship awards that recognises industry veterans and leaders for their professional competence and contributions to the industry.


Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
•    Prior Learning & Development or Operations experience in a financial or training institution would be preferred.
•    Meticulous, organised and process/system oriented.
•    Good project management skills.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills.
